System Support Specialist

(SSS-EKN-1 Full Time)

Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 2-year university degree (Computer Programming, Computer Technologies or related departments are preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience in system support.
  • Very good knowledge of Linux operating systems.
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory installation and management.
  • Basic knowledge of network management and security.
  • Ability to detect and solve hardware and software failures.
  • Good level of problem solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Customer-oriented working principle.
  • Prone to teamwork, strong communication skills.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and resolve technical issues that occur in internal and customer systems.
  • Perform system installations, updates and maintenance.
  • Perform Active Directory configuration and management operations.
  • Monitor network and system performance, identify potential issues in advance and produce solutions.
  • Provide technical support for users and provide training when necessary.
  • Manage hardware and software inventory.
  • Make recommendations for the integration of new systems and the improvement of existing systems.
  • Take security measures and perform backup operations regularly.
  • Check network and system security periodically.
