How do I apply for positions at Ekinoks?

All open positions within EKINOKS are posted on Careers page at EKINOKS corporate website. Once you find one that excites you, please submit your application via e-mail hr@ekinokssoftware.com to the HR Department. Please indicate the position you apply for and make sure you qualify for the role before applying. You may apply for positions in multiple locations if exists any, but applying for positions you do not qualify for will not increase your chances, and will likely raise a red flag within the Recruiting Team. To maximize your chances of success, we would encourage you to submit your profile directly to an advertised open position.

What should I do if I cannot find an opportunity that matches my skills?

You can make a general application. There is always a good chance that an opportunity requiring your skills and experience will be available in the future. Your information will be made available to our recruiting professionals. We will compare your skills and experience with our ongoing requirements and will be able to contact you when a suitable opportunity arises.

What documents do I need to apply?

To help us get to know you better, we will need an up-to-date copy of your CV/resume with your photo. You may also add a cover letter if you want to tell us more.

Will you contact me regarding the status of my application?

Due to the amount of applications we periodically receive, we may not always give individual feedback in the first stages of our application process. Your application will be reviewed, and someone on the Recruiting Team will reach out directly if they would like to schedule an interview. If there is no follow up on your application for the time being, we will contact you if an opening that fits your expertise appear within a year, after that a new application will have to be made for an open position.

What is the company dress code?

There is no companywide requirement of a dress code. Most of our colleagues, based on their occupation prefer casual or smart casual, while colleagues in a more representative role such as sales representatives or members of the administration and management abide with smart casual to formal attire. However, shabby wearing or torn clothes are not allowed within the company and at any event with the customers.

How do you assure confidentiality?

We sign NDAs and Confidentiality Agreements as required by our customers.
All our employees, except interns, are full-time employees, and are bound by the company Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure clauses.
Our customers may require assigned EKINOKS team members to sign their Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreements; indeed we encourage the same.
Additionally, for sensitive projects, we create isolated cells disconnected from any public network.
At a practical level, all information needs authorization for usage.
We run our processes under several security standards.

How do you assure solid projects?

Our teams are dedicated to producing quality codes and products. We have formal processes to keep quality under tight control, including periodic code reviews and design walk-throughs. We concentrate on being first-time right, and believe the creation-step itself should be strong. Every project goes through the hands of suitable QA/Testing professionals, under stringent test-plans including black-box testing, white-box testing, test regression and usage analysis.

How does your customers follow project progress?

EKINOKS uses the Project Management guides and standards of PMI^® (Project Management Institute) - of PMBOK^® (Project Management Body of Knowledge). We send our customers regular project status reports. We use a combination of pre-determined update schedules and meetings. Additionally, EKINOKS provides its customers a web-based project progress tracking platform covering all stages of project life-cycle from requirements analysis to product release.
